A Great Portland Estates retail and office development at the eastern end of Oxford Street.

The building is located in a prime spot immediately opposite the new Crossrail Tottenham Court Road station entrance. It is making a major contribution to the significant transformation of the east end of Oxford Street with the 47,100 sq ft of flagship retail units.
For the Oxford Street elevation Schneider has developed a bespoke unitised curtain walling system with stainless steel shadow boxes and stainless steel balustrades.
The Dean Street elevation also includes curved steel windows and curved timber windows.
The glazed atrium roof and the internal atrium GRC facades have also been designed, supplied and installed by Schneider.
Designed to achieve a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating, we have used very high specification materials to suit the prime location.
