This mixed-use redevelopment transforms a vacant building opposite Victoria Station in London and create 15,000sqm of office, residential, and retail spaces.

The existing concrete structure has been retained, but bold new articulated facades transform the building’s relationship with its strategic location. It appears to subtly transform as one moves around it, revealing a depth of facade through striking cobalt-blue folds.
The ‘fanned’ bays considerably increase the lettable area and the light levels within a new set of highly flexible and efficient office floor plates.
Schneider has developed a bespoke unitised curtain walling system with a bespoke cobalt-blue colour to the insulating glass units.
For the upper floors Schneider has delivered a timber-aluminium facade for a warm feeling that supports the residential use of this part of the building.
